Credit Cards Stolen from Lake Forest Vehicles

Anyone whose car was burglarized is asked to call the Lake Forest police.

Lake Forest police said at least eight vehicles were burglarized and credit cards were stolen over the weekend.

An officer on patrol stopped a pickup truck that was “driving suspiciously” at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 8 through the Middle Fork Farms subdivision on the 900 block of north Waukegan Road, the police department said on its Facebook page.

The four occupants of the truck were found in possession of credit cards that police said were taken from at least eight vehicles parked overnight on area driveways.
