Criminal Trespass to Property, Disorderly Conduct

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor

Alexander C. Miller, 20, of Louisville, KY is being charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, according to Lake Forest Police reports. His administrative hearing is set for Jan. 9 at City Hall.

The report states that officers located Miller standing outside of 830 N. Western Ave. with an alcoholic beverage. He was then issued a citation for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage

Tyrone M. Jiles, 33, of Waukegan is being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage, according to Lake Forest Police reports. His bond is set at $3,000 and his court date is set for Jan. 8 in Waukegan.

Jiles was stopped after an officer observed him swerve across lane markers several times, according to police reports. He exhibited an odor of alcohol and admitted to drinking. He failed three field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving under the influence. He failed to complete all chemical tests required, so his license will be suspended for a minimum of one year.

Criminal Trespass to Property, Disorderly Conduct

Maxwell E. Johnson, 33, of Chicago is being charged with criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct, according to Lake Forest Police reports. His bond is set at $1,500 and his court date is set for Jan. 4 in Waukegan.

The report states that officers responded to Country Day School for a report of an employee who had discovered an unknown subject sleeping there. Officers took Johnson into custody. Johnson claimed to be homeless and said he had only entered the school to sleep. No evidence of stolen or damaged property was uncovered.

Disorderly Conduct

Justin C. Hanlin, 37, of Gurnee is being charged with disorderly conduct, according to Lake Forest Police reports. His bond is set at $120 and his court date is set for Jan. 22 in Park City.

The report states that officers responded to a cell phone complaint of a reported aggressive/reckless driver on Route 60. The cell phone caller advised the dispatcher that the driver, Hanlin, realized that the caller was following him and talking on her cell phone. The caller said that Haller stopped and exited his vehicle and began pounding on her window and shouting at her. The dispatcher remained on the phone with the caller and Officers stopped Hanlin and later charged him with disorderly conduct.

Curfew Violation, Obstruction of Justice

Two juveniles, both males age 17, are being charged with curfew violation and obstruction of justice, according to Lake Forest Police reports. Their bond is set at $120 and their hearing is set for Jan. 8 in Park City.

One of the seventeen year olds fled from officers as they attempted to speak with him about a possible curfew violation at 1720 S. Surrey Lane, according to Lake Forest Police reports. He was later located and charged with curfew violation and obstruction of justice. A second seventeen year old who did not flee was issued an administrative hearing citation for a curfew violation.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

Alexis Fritkin, 18, of Lake Forest is being charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor, according to Lake Forest Police reports. Her administrative hearing is set for Jan. 9 at City Hall.

The report states that officers responded to a residence for a disturbance and took Fritkin into custody after it became clear to the officers that she had been drinking.
