Flower Delivery Man Gets Lost, Pedestrian Stops for a Rest

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

An officer responded to the area of Green Bay Road and Birkdale Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The caller said a green conversion van was parking in driveways and the driver was walking up to the front doors of houses. The officer located the vehicle on Green Bay Road north of West Scranton Avenue and spoke with the driver, who said he was delivering flowers and was lost. The driver said he went up to homes to ask for directions. The officer gave the driver directions to the correct address.

An officer responded to a report of a person lying on the ground at 2:55 p.m. Nov. 27 at Artesian Park. The person told the officer he had been walking and stopped to rest his feet.

A resident of the 300 block of Birkdale reported at 11:24 p.m. Nov. 26 that an unknown person turned on their exterior water faucet. Officers found no other irregularities in the neighborhood.

Police received a report Dec. 2 that a video game system and a modem were taken from a home on the 0-100 block of East Washington sometime in the last month.
