Lake Forest Teen Arrested for Breaking into Cars

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

A male juvenile was charged with Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor after Officers responded to a reported altercation on ConwayFarms near Tall Grass. The juvenile exhibited a strong odor of alcohol and admitting to drinking earlier in the evening.

Burglary to Motor Vehicle

A male juvenile from Lake Forest was taken into custody on Jan. 31, around 12:16 a.m. after a resident of Crest Court spotted him attempting to break into his car. The juvenile admitted to entering several cars in that area (Crest Court is located southeast ofCherokee School). He was later released to his parents and will be referred to juvenile court at the Robert Depke Juvenile Court center. Public intoxication

Police responded to the West Train Depot after a passerby reported a subject unconscious there. Sean M. Aiston, 30, was located asleep on theground there with numerous empty beer containers. Once awakened, he was uncooperative with Officers and appeared to beintoxicated. He was cited for Public Intoxication and released to a relative.
