Lake Forest Teens Arrested for Stealing Violins

Burglary
July 10: Andoline Z. Roman, 19, of Lake Forest, and Joseph P. Connolly, 18, of Lake Forest, were both arrested on a warrant for burglary stemming from an incident which occurred on the evening of 7/10/13.On that night, Andoline and Connolly entered Lake Forest High School,searched several rooms and eventually took three violins from the school, valued at $1,500. All three violins were later recovered at Roman’s home. Both subjects were processed and taken to Lake County Jail for a bond hearing. Both face an August court date.
Consumption of alcohol by minor
July 21: While on patrol, an officer located Charles J. Ford, 20, of Lake Forest and Blake T. Dethlefsen, 20, of Lake Forest, lying face down on the parkway in the 1100 block of West Fork shortly aftermidnight. Both subjects admitted to drinking and took a breath test indicated a blood alcohol content greater than .08. Both were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor and have an August administrative hearing date.
