Lost Man Charged with Underage Drinking

ALCOHOL

William T. Cooper, 20, of 555 N. Sheridan Road, Lake Forest, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 26 on the 500 block of East Rosemary after police responded to a report of a man without a shirt sitting on the stoop of the house. Police said they located Cooper who was lost after leaving a party. He was transported home and given a Sept. 11 court date.

Circe Llanos, 56, of 3325 N. Nottingham Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:43 a.m. Aug. 18 on Deerpath at Hastings. Police said they stopped her after observing her vehicle swerve over lane markings. She was released on a $3,000 bond and given a Sept. 10 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Courtney A. Queeney, 34, of 270 Park Avenue, Lake Forest, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 9 p.m. Aug. 20 after police responded to a 911 call from a resident complaining that someone was pounding on the side door of her home and yelling at her. Police said Queeney appeared to be intoxicated and was at the wrong home. She was charged with disorderly conduct after police said she refused to answer their questions and with resisting arrest after police said she resisted their attempts to handcuff her and fought with them when they attempted to get her into a squad car. She was released on a $120 bond and given a Sept. 17 court date.

THEFT

Mary P. Fratesi, 54, of 38 E. Hawthorne Court, Lake Bluff, was charged with retail theft at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 25 on the 200 block of Market Square after an employee told police that a bracelet was missing after Fratesi left the store. Police said a security video showed Fratesi taking the bracelet, which police recovered. She was released on a $120 bond and given a Sept. 17 court date.
