Man Bangs on Car Window, Gets Arrested

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lake Bluff Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Disorderly Conduct 

Joseph Kinnucan, 50, of Ingelside was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct after an altercation with another driver, according to Lake Bluff police reports. 

At a stop near Moffet Road and Forest Cove, Kinnucan got out of his car, went to the car behind him and banged on the window. Police stopped him nearby, according to the report. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 8:45 a.m. May 28 in Waukegan.

DUI 

David Audley, 53, of Lake Bluff was arrested May 5 for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. After stopping him for driving 50 miles per hour in a 40-mile-per hour zone near the intersection of Highway 176 and Eva Terrace, he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. May 24 in Waukegan.

Possession of Cannabis 

Grant Blesser, 18, of Deerfield was arrested May5 for possession of cannabis, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. After receiving a report of cannabis smoking near the 600 block of Arden Shore, police discovered Blesser in plain view possessing Cannabis. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. June 4.
