Stupid people like that is why I don't allow my kids to drive or step foot in North Chicago.

That comment is interesting as many times I have read names of local people driving under the influence. Reckless driving occurs right here in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff~people failing to stop at stop signs, u~turns in double yellow areas, speeding....sometimes it's frightening just to cross the street locally as people fail to wait for pedestrians. North Chicago is the business center for Abbott and Abbvie providing incomes for many local residents.
