Disorderly Conduct, Theft, Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

Driving Under the Influence, Improper Lane Usage

Michael L. Mosner, 40, of Whitefish Bay, WI is being charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage, according to Lake Forest Police reports. His court date is set for Nov. 27 in Waukegan.

The report states that officers responded to northbound Route 41 for a complaint of a possible impaired driver. An officer located and followed Mosner, and observed him drifting across both lanes of traffic. Mosner admitted to drinking, police said. He also exhibited a strong odor of alcohol and failed three sobriety tests. He refused to complete a breath test and, subsequently, his driving privileges will be suspended for a minimum of 12 months.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

Bryce A. Jones, 20, of Surprise, AZ is being charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor, according to Lake Forest Police reports. Her administrative hearing is set for Nov. 14 at City Hall.

Officers and a Lake Forest Fire Department ambulance responded to Lake Forest College after they received a report of an extremely intoxicated individual. Officers found Jones, who was intoxicated and vomiting, police said. She was transported to Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and was later issued an administrative citation.

Theft

A juvenile, 15, is being charged with theft, according to Lake Forest Police reports. The juvenile’s administrative hearing is set for Nov. 14.

Officers responded to Lake Forest High School after receiving a report of a student who had stolen a digital scale from one of the labs, police said. The juvenile was issued an administrative hearing citation and was turned over to a parent.

Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

Officers responded to Ridge and Everett for a noise complaint, and located a group of people smoking cannabis and drinking in the woods behind a home on 1149 South Harlan Court, according to Lake Forest Police reports.

Melissa Gorlewski, 24, of Franklin, WI is being charged with possession of cannabis; Adrian Ciolko, 22, and George Puterbaugh, 22, both of Lake Forest are being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; Nicole Kot, 20, of Gurnee is being charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. Their hearing is Dec. 4 in Park City, and bond is set at $120.

Disorderly Conduct

Michael Armorin, 32, of Wilmette is being charged with disorderly conduct, according to Lake Forest Police reports. His bond is set at $10,000 and his hearing is Nov. 15 in Waukegan.

Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure at Laurel and Hawkweed, in which a male exposed himself to a female jogger. Officers were unable to locate the subject, who had left the area. Detectives identified Amorin as a suspect based on previous similar incidents in Lake and Cook counties, police said. The victim then identified Armorin in a photo line up. Detectives obtained a warrant for Amorin’s arrest, which was served on Oct. 19.
