Police Blotter: DUI, Uninsured Operation of Motor Vehicle

DUI
Elado Salomon-Amaya, 27, of North Chicago was arrested for driving under the influence, no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage Monday on Highway 41, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. An officer was investigating a single vehicle accident on the northound side of the road when the arrest was made.

Irad Rubi-Alavez, 32, of Waukegan was arrested Monday on Sheridan Road near the north Village limits for not having a driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding, according to Lake Bluff Police reports.
Lost/Missing/Stolen
A bicycle was reported stolen from Sunrise Beach Sunday, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. According to the report, the bicycle was left unsecured in the bushes July 21 and the owner was unable to locate it.
