Casey Flynn, 22, and Justin Smith, 21, both of Lake Forest were arrested Sept. 1 for hosting a party where 22 persons were charged with underage drinking, according to .
Police said they received a noise complaint in the 80 block of North Washington Street where they discovered Flynn and Smith hosting a party where 22 persons under 21 were drinking. All 22 were charged as well, according to the report. Flynn, Smith and the underage drinkers will appear for an administrative hearing at 10 a.m. Oct. 10 at Lake Forest City Hall.
DUI
David Wawrzniak, 26, of Highwood was arrested Aug. 25 for driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without insurance, according to a Lake Forest Police reports.
Wawrzniak was driving northbound on Highway 41 when he hit a vehicle from the rear which was stopped at a red light, according to the report. He failed field sobriety tests and refused a breath test. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. Oct. 9 in Waukegan..

Seriously, they need to be held accountable just like any other adult (read: parent hosting underage drinkers). In our country, the drinking age is 21.
