Police: Lake Forest High School Grad Threatens Fire

Victor Capaul was charged after police said he posted threatening comments on Facebook.

A former Lake Forest High School student was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he posted comments on Facebook threatening to burn down the school. 

Victor Capaul, 19, of 2407 E. Sand Lake Road, Lindenhurst, was arrested on a warrant Oct. 7 after Lake Forest High School officials reported the incident on Oct. 4, police said.

Police said Capaul admitted posting the comments on another former student’s Facebook page.

Capaul’s bond was set at $20,000. His court date is Nov. 21 at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan.
