Illinois is dragging its feet on the medical pot issue. Jan. 1st the law allowing medical pot took effect and now almost 6 months later they haven't come close to even opening a dispensary for the poor people that need it. Suffice it to say none of the politicians involved have a serious medical condition that would benefit from it.
