Seat Belt Violation Leads to Fugitive Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lake Bluff Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Fugitive Warrant 

Stephen Foley, 87, of Lake Forest was arrested Thursday on a failure to appear on a warrant from Williamson County after Lake Bluff Police stopped him for seat violation, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. 

Police stopped Williamson near the intersection of Green Bay Road and Highway 176 for failing to wear a seat belt, according to the report. After checking records, police learned there was an active warrant for Williamson’s arrest in Williamson County near downstate Marion for failing to appear for a court appearance. He was released on bond and will appear in Williamson County Court at 9 a.m. June 6.

Driver’s License Infractions and More 

Sofia Millan-Rayon, 40, of Glencoe was arrested Tuesday for driving without a valid license and speeding in a school zone, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. June 18 in Park City.

Adriana Ramirez-Chavez, 20, of Waukegan was arrested May 13 for driving with a suspended license, speeding in a school zone and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. She was clocked driving 31 miles per hour in a 20-mile-per-hour zone in the vicinity of Sheridan Road and East Sheridan Place. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. June 7 in Park City. 

Yanet Aguilar-Gomez, 37, of Waukegan was arrested Thursday for driving without a license and speeding, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. She was clocked going 74 miles per hour in a 55-mile per hour zone on Highway 41 near Route 176. After stopping her, police learned he did not have a license. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. June 4 in Park City.
