All members of the City Council compose the Committee of the Whole. They meet monthly to review issues and hear presentations on all aspects of operations (excluding finance issues) for the City of Lake Forest.
Committee of the Whole meetings are broadcast live on City 17. The meetings are rebroadcast on the same channel on Mondays at 5pm and Thursdays after the City Council meeting replays.
The meeting on July 5 has been canceled.
