Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade

The Village of Lake Bluff and Lake Bluff American Legion Post 510 will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony on the Village Green. The Lake Forest High School band will provide the music.  The Marine Rifle Squad from Marine Air Control Group No. 48, Great Lakes will perform rifle volleys. A wreath will be laid at the Veterans Memorial.

After the ceremony, refreshments will be served at the Public Safety Building's Community Room.

At 10:30 a.m., a parade led by Lake Forest American Legion Post 264 will begin at the parking lot behind City Hall. The parade will proceed to Market Square where there will be another service.

Following the Market Square service, a rifle squad and bugler will visit local cemeteries and at 2:30 p.m., there will be a ceremony at Lake Forest Place for veterans who reside there.
