SEAL-NSW Family Foundation Chicago Event

The SEAL-Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation, in association with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago, will host a special event September 22 at 6:00 p.m. at the River East Art Center, 435 E. Illinois Street, Chicago, IL dedicated to true American heroes, the US Navy SEALs, and their families.

The festivities will begin with a reception and dinner for all guests. Former military operative, CNN embedded reporter, and famed television producer Ken Robinson will present a National Security Briefing and review the role Special Operations Forces will play in the years ahead. His 24 year career with Special Forces, the CIA, the NSA and the Office of the Secretary of Defense make him uniquely qualified to explain the challenges America faces in the decade ahead.  Additionally, Congressional Medal of Honor recipients and retired Navy SEALs LT Tom Norris and LT Michael Thornton will discuss the life of Navy SEALs and how families bear the burden of deployment.

As part of this evening’s event, there will be both a silent and live auction filled with truly once in a lifetime experiences including Tandem Parachute Jumps, Defensive Driving Schools, Zero Gravity Plane Experiences, Jet Fighter Flights and elite hands-on weapon training. All proceeds go to the SEAL-NSW Family Foundation.
