For residents and business owners who sustained losses from the April 18 storm, tomorrow is the last day to apply for disaster aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

President Obama declared 11 Illinois counties as disaster areas, making federal funding available to affected individuals in Lake, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Fulton, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, McHenry, and Will counties.
