Lake Bluff Police Chief to Retire in 2014

William Gallagher will be retiring February 2014 after 12 years with the department.

Gallagher, who has been in law enforcement for 42 years, says he doesn’t have any concrete plans after retiring but expects to travel with his wife, the newspaper reported.
