The issue had been taken off the agenda on Jan. 17 by City officials after receiving word from representatives of Woodlands Academy, City staff and the City Attorney that they are still working to refine legal documentation related to the Special Use Permit for Woodlands Academy.
In addition, Mayor James Cowhey and three of the eight aldermen were absent from the meeting.
