The BMW Championship at Lake Forest's Conway Farms Golf Club "could not have gone much better," Lake Forest Mayor Don Schoenheider said Monday night, shortly after the event came to a close.
Schoenheider praised those who orchestrated the event, from golf officials to village staff and volunteers.
The event, he said, "was very well done."
