$2.7M David Adler Coach House Listed in Lake Bluff
The deceptively large home is one of several Adler-designed homes to come on the market in the area recently.
David Adler fans are having a field day in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff these days. Even if you can’t afford to buy the multiple homes for sale, you’ve got lots of pictures to gawk at in these listings.
The latest is a 4,400-square-foot coach house in Lake Bluff that’s on the market for $2.7 million. Built in 1915, it’s got several of Adler’s signature features, like black marble flooring and a bluestone patio in back, according to Curbed Chicago.
The home sits on half an acre on Moffett Road, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to its listing.
