$7.2M Lake Forest Estate Goes on the Market

At that price, the estate would be the third priciest sale on record in Lake Forest.

A sprawling Lake Forest estate that contains two mid-century modern homes and abuts Lake Forest Open Lands went on the market this week for $7.2 million, according to an article in Crain’s Chicago Business.

The estate includes a 6,500-square-foot main house by architect Walt Frazier, and a 1,700-square-foot guest house by architect Ike Colburn, according to the listing.

If the estate sells for its asking price, it will be the third priciest Lake Forest sale on record, according to Crain’s.
