Fort Sheridan Converted Duplex on the Market

The 4,000-square-foot space is now a single-family home.

Demand for homes at Fort Sheridan is on the rise, according to an article in Chicago Magazine, but there’s a roomy converted duplex on the market for $799,999.

The four-bedroom, single-family home combined two former quartermaster residences as well as an addition, bringing it to nearly 4,000 square feet, the article says. The price has been cut $21,000 since the home was listed in April.
