After the meeting, attendees are invited to attend a LEAD Speaker Presentation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. featuring Madeline Levine and Denise Pope from Aligning Actions and Values for Youth Well-Being. This dynamic duo, featured in the film, “Race to Nowhere” will outline ways to foster healthy, balanced kids in a high-stakes, high-pressured world. They will provide positive strategies that can help ease the academic tension in our home lives and alleviate the pressure.  They will also provide details on their program at Stanford University, “Challenge Success,” a school reform, parent education and youth development program for reducing stress.
