Class of 2014 Thanks Supporters of 'Project Safe Prom'

The information below comes from Lake Forest High School.

The LFHS Transcript Office will be closed for the summer beginning June 14, 2013.
Transcripts for summer programs, summer jobs, and transfers will be processed by the Registrar over the summer.  College Transcripts will be processed beginning August 19, 2013.
All college and NCAA transcript requests will be processed when the Transcript Office reopens on Monday, August 19. Students may complete their college applications online, register with the NCAA Clearinghouse, and submit their test scores through ACT (319) 337-1270 or by going to www.actstudent.org, prior to the start of school.  Once school is back in session, the counselors will be able to have letters of recommendation and the Lake Forest High School secondary report form ready to be mailed with your student’s official transcript, high school profile, and class schedule to their colleges.  Sending all of these materials together will insure a streamlined process for both the high schooland colleges. The counseling department is working with the environmental club on reducing paper within the department.  Look for a new green application process in the fall as we work toward requesting and sending transcripts securely online!  The transcripts for the NCAA Eligibility Center will also be mailed the second week of September. We look forward to assisting your senior in their college selection process beginning August 19.

There will be a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Lake Forest Community High School District 115, Lake County, Illinois on Tuesday, June 11 at 7:00 p.m., Board Rm, LFHS West Campus, 300 S. Waukegan Road, Lake Forest, Illinois.

The Lake Forest High School Junior Class of 2014 would like to thank the many parents, families, and friends who generously donated to “Project Safe Prom.” Their support ensured that LakeForest High School safely provided transportation for over 800 students and chaperones to the 2013 Prom held on Saturday, May 18.  We thank them for their commitment to the youth of our community and their welfare.
