Deer Path Students Recognize Achievement While Having Fun

EFFORT organization involves all stakeholders.

Deer Path Middle School's Winter Festival is a mid-year celebration is arranged by the school's EFFORT organization, led by staff members Lino Cisternino, Annie Voigt and Jodi Testo.

The seventh and eighth graders run a type of Olympics followed by a recognition assembly. The fifth and sixth graders have a recognition assembly of academic achievement, performing arts, and athletic teams, along with some games involving participation by students and staff members.

EFFORT (Encouraging Fundamental Foundations of Respect and Trust) is a committee of students, faculty, parents, and administration whose purpose is to support and nurture a school environment that celebrates accomplishments, fosters mutual respect, increases responsibilities, and enhances resourcefulness.
