Ravinia Festival soon opens so orchestrate a menu for dining outdoors with Sunset Foods’ Bountiful Greek Picnic cooking class on Saturday, June 2. From 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Lake Forest Cooking Studio, prepare noteworthy dishes such as Seafood in Ouzo Barbeque, Chilled Cucumber Soup, Greek Orzo Salad with Chicken, and Apple Baklava Triangles. You’ll conduct knife cuts of julienning, dicing and mincing, as well as learn Phyllo tricks in this hands-on workshop.
