Pommes de Terre and Champignons (Potatoes and Mushrooms)

Froggy's Chef Thierry LeFeuvre  states the potato is,
"without any doubt one of the best foods on earth."

He will demonstrate classic French dishes like gratin dauphinois au "jambon" (with hickory ham) and hachis parmentier (mashed potatoes with ground beef). Learn the potato's origin and facts about nutrition.

As an added bonus, Chef Thierry will introduce a variety of preparations for wild mushrooms, hens of the wood and chanterelles.

Dinner and appropriately selected wines included.
