Mother-Daughter Luncheon: "The Blessings of Not Being Perfect"

Middle School can be a pressure cooker filled with power struggles, conflicting impulses and strong emotions. Girls face unrealistic expectations about how to act, dress, and behave. 

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Mary Lynn Meyers will be offerding advice on how to handle the many stresses unique to middle school aged girls. Don't miss this interactive workshop to learn together how to cope with these pressures.  You and your daughter will gain practical tips to handle the challenges and to better understand the importance of not being perfect!
