Peace Corps at any Age

The Peace Corps is not just for graduating college students. People of all ages volunteer their time and
talent to promote world peace and friendship while improving the lives of others. The Peace Corps eagerly seeks volunteers with a lifetime of experience.

The League of Women Voters - Lake Forest Lake Bluff Area is proud to say that one of its own members became a Peace Corps volunteer. Happie Datt, a past President of the League, fulfilled one of her lifelong dreams and signed up with the Peace Corps.

The League invites you to her presentation on Sunday, August 19 from 2:00 - 4:00p.m. in the Lake Bluff Park District Community Room, 355 West Washington Ave., Lake Bluff.
