SPEAK UP celebrates its fifth anniversary at Lake Forest High School's west campus, 300 S. Waukegan Road.
In addition to the celebration,the Coalition's evaluator will work with the group to develop strategies for 2012 to address marijuana and prescription drug use by youth in the community.
Breakfast and coffee will be served.
