The Women’s Health Advisory Council of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Speaker Series Presents “Real Moms Love to Eat”

For its eighth annual Speaker Series, the Women’s Health Advisory Council of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital has selected Beth Aldrich, certified health counselor and best-selling author of the book, “Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food, Lose Weight and Feel Fabulous”, to share insights, solutions and tips for moms to feed their lives, stay energized and find balance.  Her discussion will be followed by a question and answer session, as well as a book signing.

The Women’s Health Advisory Council of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital organizes its annual Speaker Series around relevant health and wellness topics.  Past speakers have included “The Price of Privilege” author Madeline Levine, Ph.D., food expert Marion Nestle and author and psychologist Mark Reinecke, Ph.D

The Women’s Health Advisory Council is a volunteer board composed of women from the Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital community.  Its mission is to promote the importance of health issues through education, events and activities.
