What to do, and Not do, When Managing Someone Else’s Finances

Learn the importance of determining when someone is suffering from physical or mental deterioration that necessitates the involvement of another in managing their finances and assets; and how to help without becoming a target of mismanagement claims.

Therse issues will be discussed from 6-7:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at Lake Forest City Hall, 220 East Deerpath.

The role of legal tools like Powers of Attorney, Revocable Trust and Guardianship proceedings will also be examined.
