Host of Activities Propel Catholic Schools Week

Students perform all-Spanish production.

celebrated Catholic School’s Week with an impressive lineup of  special activities.  Although the blizzard caused some changes in the schedule, no fun was missed.  This year’s Catholic School’s week theme was “Catholic Schools: A+ For America."

The celebration kicked off with an all-school spelling bee and opening rally for Catholic School’s Week.  Classrooms decorated their doors, and students made cards for their parents, thanking them for sending them to a Catholic school.  Midway through the week, Spanish teacher Senora Maria Gonzalez helped her students put on an all-Spanish performance during Spanish Heritage Night.

Other Catholic School’s week activities included a teacher swap, an ice cream social, and  a pep rally.
