The Bottom Line: Lake Forest has set the stage for the most difficult part of its schedule - four North Suburban Conference games against Stevenson, Warren, Lake Zurich and Liberytyville. Hopefully the confidence they have gained will pay off. Obviously, Owen Williams' explosiveness is one key offensively, but the defense will be tested by teams that like to grind it out and run right at them. Penalties continue to haunt this team (11 for 122 yards), but so far the opponents haven't been strong enough for it to be a factor in the last four wins. The Scouts' secondary had its problems against North Chicago, allowing 231 yards.
