2:51: Warren took over at it own 49-yard-line after the punt. The Blue Devils moved to the Lake Forest 40.

3:10: The Scouts were only able to gain three yards, and on third down quarterback Andrew Clifford was sacked by Warren's Gabriel Butts, forcing Lake Forest to punt.

4:01: Facing fourth down and one yard to go inside the Lake Forest 30, Warren quarterback Adam Reuss is sacked by Tommy Kutschke, giving the ball back to Lake Forest.

6:50: Owen Williams coughed up the football and was recovered by Warren's Erik Johnson.

9:34: Warren scores to close the gap on a 22-yard TD run by Jay Malone. Key play in the drive was a 56-yard pass from Adam Reuss to Mitch Munda (seven catches, 106 yards, 2 TDs for the game), whose 6-foot-3 frame is giving the Scouts' secondary a lot of trouble. The Patrick Kenney extra point was no good. LF 27, Warren 19.

Third/Fourth Quarter

The Scouts ate up much of the remaining four minutes of the third quarter clock, driving 51 yards to the Warren 24-yard line thanks to a 20-yard pass play from Andrew Clifford to Cam Douglass. However, the Scouts were hit with a 15-yard penalty two plays later and wound up having Baylor Broughton attempt a 35-yard field goal with 10:39 left in the fourth quarter, which was blocked by Warren's Ryan Sweeney.

8:02: After the Scouts could not move the ball and a 23-yard Andrew Clifford punt (Jordan Beck can't punt as he is out of the game), the Blue Devils drove for a score. A 16-yard TD pass from Adam Reuss to Mitch Munda - the second time the duo have hooked up in the game for a score. Patrick Kenney's extra point was no good. The drive took only 58 seconds, 3 plays. LF 27, Warren 13.

Jordan Beck is out for the game with a dislocated left elbow. Andrew Clifford has been at quarterback since his TD pass to Luke Bernardi. Beck was 10 of 13 passing for 83 yards and 2 TDs (one throwing, one running) before the injury.

Andrew Clifford is 2 for 6 for 48 yards and 1 TD at halftime.

Second Quarter

1:16: After the Scouts were unable to move the ball deep in their own territory, a 14-yard punt by Andrew Clifford sailed out of bounds. Warren had a chance to dent the scoreboard late, but the Scouts held and forced Warren kicker Patrick Kenney to attempt a 43-yard field goal, which was off to the right and no good.

2:17: Warren drives 79 yards on 11 plays for the score. Quarterback Adam Reuss hits Mitch Munda for a 9-yard TD pass. The drive took 3 minutes, 36 seconds. Patrick Kenney added the extra point. LF 27, Warren 7.

Lake Forest quarterback Jordan Beck is on the bench with an injury. Not sure what it is. Hopefully an update at halftime.

6:08: Owen Williams breaks to the left side of the field and takes off on a 60-yard TD scamper. Baylor Broughton missed the extra point. LF 27, Warren 0.

7:47: After the missed field goal, the Scouts drive 80 yards in 10 plays with quarterback Andrew Clifford hitting Luke Bernardi from 21 yards out. Baylor Broughton makes the extra point. The drive was keyed by a third down grab by Bernardi and a 15-yard penalty on Warren. LF 21, Warren 0.

10:56: Warren drives 52 yards to the Lake Forest 23 and stalls, attempting a 30-yard field goal which is wide left.

First Quarter

1:40: Jordan Beck sneaks in from a yard out to extend the Lake Forest lead by capitalizing on the turnover. The 20 yards was covered in six plays, taking 2 minutes, 23 seconds. Two point conversion pass was good from Beck to Bernardi. LF 14, Warren 0.

3:58: Warren fumbles and Lake Forest's Luke Landsell recovers to give the Scouts the ball first and 10 at the Blue Devil 20.

Running back Owen Williams has carried a couple of times, but mostly used as a decoy for a Warren defense geared to stop him.

5:41: Lake Forest struck on its opening drive, going 65 yards on 12 plays, eating up more than 6 minutes off the clock capped by a Jordan Beck nine-yard TD pass to Luke Bernardi. Beck was 8 of 10 on the drive for 52 yards, and threw to six different receivers as the Scouts establish they are more in the passing game than sidelined receiver Bo Dever, who is out for the season with an ACL tear in his right knee. The two-point conversion pass was no good. LF 6, Warren 0.
