Orientation Set for LFHS Class of 2017 Parents

Parents of incoming Lake Forest High School freshmen can schedule registration appointments now.

Curriculum Orientation Night for the parents of incoming Lake Forest High School freshmen will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 23 at the East Campus, according to a news release from the school and information available on the District 115 website.

At Curriculum Orientation Night, parents will get an overview from counselors about the registration process. The advisors will also share ideas for parents and students to select courses to build a four-year plan of study.

In another segment of the night, teachers will present specific course offerings and answer parents’ question in a classroom setting.

Parking is limited, according to the release. There will be shuttle bus service available from Deer Path and Lake Bluff Middle Schools.
