Program Preps 4th Grade Parents on Child's Promotion to 5th

Art students earn recognition.

District 67 parents of fourth grade students are invited to "Get a Jump-start on 5th Grade" at a parent meeting set for 9:30-11 a.m. May 8 at the Haskins Center. Sponsored by the APT Parent Awareness Team, a panel of seasoned middle school parents will answer questions about their experiences on the social transition into fifth grade. Topics range from snow pants to cell phones, from play dates to uptown outings. Walk out feeling empowered so you can prepare your student for the exciting years ahead at Deer Path Middle School. Park at the back of the middle school by the tennis courts, and enter the Haskins Center from the back parking lot.
