Fourth Quarter

2:34: Lake Forest starts at its own 25 after taking the kick-off. Scouts are able to run out the clock.

2:40: Zion-Benton's Carlton Reynolds scores his second TD of the game against Lake Forest's mix of 1st-and 2nd-team defense, a 27 yard pass play from Alex Pasiewicz. Two point pass failed to leave it 33-12.

8:23: Jordan Beck completes a 9-play, 60-yard drive with a six-yard TD pass to Luke Bernardi, his second of the game to make it 33-6.

11:24: Zion-Benton's Carlton Reynolds took the ensuing kick-off 90 yards into the end zone to break the shutout. ZeeBees fail on two-point conversion attempt to make it 26-6.

11:37: Quarterback Andrew Clifford sneaks it in from 3 yards out to increase lead to 26-0. Broughton missed the extra point. The drive took 3 plays over 18 yards.

Third Quarter

:22.9: Zion-Benton punter was unable to get the punt off after dropping the ball. Scouts tackle him and take over at the ZeeBee 18.

1:14: Bayor Broughton boots a 43-yard field goal to make it 20-0. The Scouts drove to the Zion 25 thanks to a 44-yard pass form Beck to Cam Douglass. That was a career field goal for Broughton.

3:50: Lake Forest takes over at its own 13.

4:03: ZeeBees eat up four minutes of the clock and get inside the Lake Forest 25-yard line facing fourth down. Quarterback Alex Pasiewicz scrambles on fourth down and is short.

Lake Forest playing with more intensity in the second half. Seemed emotionally flat in the first half.

8:04: Scouts' Nick Keefe blocked a punt, giving Lake Forest first down at the Zion-Benton 17. A 10-yard Beck to Dever pass set up Owen Williams' 5-yard TD run. Broughton made the extra point, 17-0.

12:00: Scouts kick off. Ball rolls out of bounds. Zion takes over on its own 40.

Halftime stats: Lake Forest's first team defense has not been scored on in the last 10 quarters. Dever has 4 catches for 70 yards. Beck is 5 of 9 for 70 yards and 1 interception. Clifford was 3 of 4 for 64 yards and 1 TD. Williams has 9 rushes for 36 yards.

Second Quarter

02.4: Broughton's field goal is good with plenty to spare. Lead goes to 10-0 at halftime.

06.2: After a penalty pushed Lake Forest back, Beck hit Dever on a 34-yard pass to bring the Scouts to the ZeeBee 13. Baylor Broughton will attempt a 30-yard field goal. Williams had a 22-yard run in the driver and Dever caught another pass for 23 yards.

:42.4: Beck hits Dever with a 19-yard pass to the Z-B 29 after a 20+ gain by Williams.

1:18: Scouts defense holds and forces punt. Bernardi is stopped in his tracks on the return near their own 30.

2:05: Zion-Benton's Niko Paaloalo intercepted a Beck pass. Zion has a first down near midfield.

2:57: Ben Warren intercepts a ZeeBee pass on a deflection at the Zion-Benton 39. Jordan Beck back at QB.

3:20: Scouts finally dent the scoreboard on a 41-yard screen pass play to Luke Bernardi from Andrew Clifford, who took over on the 6-play, 77-yard drive. Owen Williams rushed for 33 yards on the drive. Baylor Broughton extra point makes it 7-0.

9:50: The ZeeBees have driven into Lake Forest territory with a first down inside the Scouts' 40. Zion drove inside the Scouts' 20, but could not convert on fourth down.

12:00: Zion-Benton still owns the football after taking over late in the first quarter. Lake Forest has looked a little off on offense with overthrows and some dropped passes.

First Quarter

Scouts are receiving the opening kick-off.

3:00: Lake Forest got the ball back on a short ZeeBee punt and good return by Luke Bernardi. But the Scouts wound up being three and out.

11:54: Lake Forest starts first and 10 at its own 32. Scouts drove 11 plays to the Zion-Benton 17, but an offsides on fourth down pushed the ball back five yards and the Scouts were unable to convert.
