“Our Board of Education and I are in agreement that the search for a new principal must be a thoughtful, deliberate and inclusive process in order to select an outstanding candidate who will provide long-term leadership and inspiration to both the students and staff at Lake Bluff Elementary School,” Sophie wrote in the email. The search process will start in October.
