Scouts’ Star Performer: collected the state championship in the 200-yard freestyle in 1:49.16 and the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:40.14. Two years ago her brother, Matt Stoehr, snared State titles in the 100- and 200 freestyles. No one at the Illinois High School Association can remember a brother and sister every being double state champions before.
