Deer Path Middle School's wrestling team claimed eighth pace in the 12-team Gemini Invitational on Feb. 11.
Wrestlers who placed included: Peter Kennedy, 105 pounds, second place; Quinn Daily, 75 pounds, fourth place; Caleb Durbin, 85 pounds, fourth place; Liam Pooler, 95 pounds, fourth place; Marko Tupanjac, 100 pounds, fourth place; ill Conover, 185 pounds, fourth place; Chris Wasser, 85 pounds, fifth place; Terk Klavsons, 90 pounds, fifth place; Keegan Kullby, 112 pounds, fifth place; Yani Ballis, 215 pounds, fifth place; Andrew Tuttle, 80 pounds, sixth place; Alex Svigos, 145 pounds, sixth place, and Kyle Miller, 167 pounds, sixth place.

At the Libertyville Wildcat Scuffle, the following wrestlers placed in the 9-10 year old division: Will Wisniewski, 90 pounds, second place; Jake Kovanda, 60 pounds, third place; Luke Mulligan, 75 pounds, third place; Nick Cervac, 80 pounds, third place; Will Granda, 65 pounds, fourth place; Sam Volpe, 80 pounds, fourth place, and Trevor Schneider, 85 pounds, fourth place.
