Lake Forest Day 5K Fun Run / Walk

Join Lake Forest Parks & Recreation in our USA Track Certified 5K Run/Walk on August 1, 2012.  Start your Lake Forest Day out with an invigorating run/walk right here in Lake Forest.  This is a whole family event, one that even the smallest member can participate.  We offer a Kids Klub with events for the little ones (3 years old and up) like a 50 yard dash, 1/4 mile run and relay races.  Awards for each age division and raffle prizes after the race.  Runners are strongly encouraged to pre-register at the Recreation Center or on our website to help us plan for the run.  See you on race day!
