Who Should Consider: Game On! Campers of all ages, regardless of their level, especially interested in advancing their soccer skills and knowledge of the game. So maybe your camper is looking to make a travel or school team, a feeder team, or even harbors the dream of playing soccer in college and/or beyond. Or maybe your camper just can’t get enough soccer!

Weeks Offered:
Lake Forest: The week of June 25 – June 29 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)
Chicago: The week of July 23 – 27 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

How it Will Work: Campers will have the option to spend either a half-day (mornings with the Red Stars and afternoons with Game On!) or a full day as a participant in the Red Star Game On! Soccer camp.

Half Day Camp (9 a.m.-Noon): Campers will start with a fun group warm-up and will then break-up into smaller groups based on age and skill level. Each group will go through 4 stations highlighting different technical skill areas. Skills addressed include: passing, receiving, dribbling, heading, shooting, individual defending, individual attacking, slide tackling, long passes, speed, agility and more. Groups will then compete in small-sided games and scrimmages, ending the week with a competitive 4v4 tournament.

Full Day Camp (9:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.): Campers will follow the Half Day Camp schedule until lunch (12-12:45). Following lunch, playing will resume from 1:00-2:30 with specific focus and instruction on a technical skill area for the remainder of the day. Skills addressed include shooting, heading, receiving, and driving the ball. Each day will end with a competitive game to put your improved skills to the test!

All campers receive a T-shirt, ticket to a Red Stars home game, and chances to win other prizes and giveaways.

Extra Cost: Campers opting for the half-day program will pay an extra $25 per day. Game On! Campers opting for the full day program will pay an extra $40 per day.
