used a three-run fourth inning to post a 5-2 victory over Lake Bluff in the quarterfinals of the 8U division of the North Shore Baseball League postseason tournament.

Lake Forest was scheduled to advance to today's (July 23) semifinals against the winner of the Buffalo Grove Patriots-Knights winner at . The game was originally slated for 10 a.m. and then moved to 4 p.m. depending on whether it continues to rain.

The semifinal winner moves on to the championship game at 9 a.m. Sunday (July 24) at North Park in Lincolnshire.
