Lake Forest Baseball Slates 8U Evaluations for Wednesday at Northcroft Park

The Lake Forest Baseball Association (LFBA) will host baseball evaluations Wednesday for currently enrolled second graders (2010-11 school year) interested in playing 8-and-under travel baseball this summer.

Evaluations will be conducted from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at 1365 S. Ridge Road, in Lake Forest.

Players who are both residents of Lake Forest High School District 115: Lake Forest, Lake Bluff and Knollwood, and are currently enrolled in second grade may register for the evaluation.

To register, visit the LFBA website: www.lfba.net, where the required registration and waiver forms are available. Completed forms will be collected at the Evaluation practice. There is no fee to participate in the evaluations.

The 8-and-under travel team will play 16 games and compete against other travel teams from communities such as Deerfield, Edgebrook, Buffalo Grove, Vernon Hills and other Lake County teams.
