Lake Forest needs to win its next three games and get some help to reach conference title game.

The Final Score: Upper Fox Valley 4, Lake Forest 3

Scouts’ Star Performer: Defender scored a pair of goals to lead her team.

Other Notable Scout Performance: Chandler Scoco also shot the puck in the net for Lake Forest.

The Bottom Line: The Scouts had two power play attempts in the last 30 seconds, but could not tie the game.

The Final Score: Oak Park 1, Lake Forest 0

Scouts’ Star Performer: gave up a lone goal in the first minute of the game and blanked Oak Park the rest of the way.

Other Notable Scout Performance: Defender held the Huskies' top player scoreless, according to Lake Forest coach Ryan Anderson.

Who’s Next. The Metro League round robin playoffs continue at 7 p.m. Saturday against Loyola Academy on Lake Forest Academy ice.

The Bottom Line: Oak Park scored early and the Scouts could not take advantage of their opportunities, Anderson said.
