Loyola Academy College Preparatory High School is currently accepting registration for its 2012 Summer Baseball Camps online at www.goramblers.org.
The Seventh-Eighth Grade Hitting & Skills Camp will focus on the mental and physical approach to hitting, including the proper techniques of bunting. Athletes will also learn a variety of skills necessary to become a good defensive player in high school. This camp will run from June 25-29, 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. each day.
The Ninth Grade Camp will help incoming freshmen learn high school baseball fundamentals, become familiar with the Loyola Academy baseball program and its philosophies, while meeting coaches and other students interested in baseball. This camp is underway and ends June 26, running 12:30-2 p.m. each day.
Camps will be held at Loyola Academy’s Munz Campus, 1901 Johns Drive in Glenview.
