What do you think of when you hear the name “Caramel”? Do you think “sweet"? Because you’d be right!

I’m Caramel, a beautiful and friendly 9-year-old male domestic longhair cat, and I am as sweet as my name implies. Of course, I am a bit sticky, too – I tend to stick to your lap, your bed and your side if you’ll let me!

I am a gorgeous boy, healthy and happy, and really enjoy my people time. I’m adjusting just fine to my new feline friends at the , and am an easy-going fellow. I like to dabble in my entertainment, so I hope you don’t mind if mix things up a little. I may help myself to a little lap time, or some good old-fashioned bird watching, or perhaps a session of bopping about a feather toy. The rescue doesn’t know much about my past, but they know I have a very bright future! I was rescued during a special rescue mission, called the Super Senior Save, and I was one of 13 lucky senior pets rescued from an open-admission shelter and brought into the safety of Young at Heart Pet Rescue’s adoption program.
